The Disclosure Form brings together relevant information about the sale of newly built, converted or renovated property in a single form. This includes information on incentives, tenure type and method of construction. It improves transparency and simplifies the flow of information to all key parties involved in a property transaction.
The current Disclosure Form has been in use since February 2018 and compulsory since August 2018. No other versions of the Disclosure Form are valid and it should not be altered. It should be presented by the seller to the lender’s conveyancer as a standard part of the process, and their valuer on request.
