o Lease must be a minimum of 85 years remaining at the outset of the mortgage.
o Ground rent is to be no more than 0.5% of the property value.
o Ground rent escalation interval is 10 years or greater.
o Ground rent escalation is in line with Retail Price Index (RPI).

We can accept a lease extension or purchase of freehold prior to or on simultaneous
completion, the lease extension must meet our policy requirements on completion
