We require your Certificate of Title to be submitted with not less than 3 working days’ notice. We are unable to shorten this process so please ensure you submit your CoT within the stipulated time period. *** IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING COVID-19 *** Atom is mindful of the impact of COVID-19 on the ability of law firms and customers to complete and register mortgage transactions. Guidance from each Land Registry and Law Society is evolving on a daily basis. As such, prior to submitting your CoT you must be comfortable that Atom will have good and valid security notwithstanding the closure or partial closure of the relevant Land Registry. If you are unable to do this, then the completion will need to be rescheduled with the customer(s). |
