Within 30 days of legal completion Law Firms are required to upload Confirmation of Application to Register (AP1 or electronic receipt).
Once registration is complete Law Firms are required to upload the completed Final Title Sheet and any other documents specified by the Lender.
Where you have been unable to register the charge within thirty days of completion you are required to update the LMS system with a reason for the delay at least every thirty days until registration is complete and the required documents have been uploaded.

For all other cases, the title information document and all other documents you have been asked to send us under these Part 2 answers.
This includes where applicable: Professional Consultant’s Certificate; Defective Title Indemnity policy; Power of Attorney; Mortgage Deed (First Start cases only); Certified copy of existing Tenancy Agreement (if a Buy-to-Let remortgage). For leasehold title deeds we also require the Receipted Notice of Transfer/Mortgage; and Management Company documentation.
Bank of Ireland as Bank of Ireland Mortgages For LMS managed cases you are required to upload the following documents to LMS via their system:

Clydesdale Bank plc For security being registered in the Land Register of Scotland, an extract or certified copy of the registered standard security from Registers of Scotland, together with any documents which you reasonably deem necessary to establish and support the title. If delivery is not possible within 6 months of completion of the borrowing then you should advise us in writing with a copy of any correspondence from Registers of Scotland explaining the delay.
The original signed standard security, once registered, should be held by you to our order. For security being recorded in the Sasines Register, the title deeds, together with the original signed and recorded standard security.
Co-operative Bank plc PDF copy of the updated Title Sheet and Cadastral Map. [For Sasine Land, PDF copies of Sasine Search Sheet and Standard Security], together with the following, where applicable:

(i) Affidavit under the Matrimonial Homes (Family Protection)(Scotland) Act 1981, as amended, and under the Civil Partnership Act 2004, as amended
(ii) Indemnity Insurance policy schedule

Leeds Building Society Where the initial instruction has come through LMS via the S.T.A.R.S system, you are required to upload the following documents to LMS via their S.T.A.R.S system:

• Advance Notice;
• Confirmation of Application to Register (electronic receipt);
• Final Title Sheet;
• Cadastral Map;
• Standard Security.

Where the initial instruction has come through LMS via the S.T.A.R.S system, where you have been unable to register the charge within thirty days of completion you are required to update the LMS system with a reason for the delay at least every thirty days until registration is complete and the required documents have been uploaded.

For Limited Company Buy to Let cases, a certified copy of the completed guarantee(s) and a plain copy of the independent legal advice letter(s) must be sent via email to the contact details in 1.11a.
Legal & General Home Finance Ltd In all cases, the original or certified Standard Security must be sent along with any Consent or Declaration under the Matrimonial Homes (Family Protection) (Scotland) Act 1981, as amended, and under the Civil Partnership Act 2004, as amended. For dealings in the Land Register where application is made on or after 22 January 2007 we do not require paper Land or Charge Certificates. Following registration an updated Title sheet showing the registration of the Standard Security is required. We would also require copies of any applicable Building Warranty, Planning Permission, Building Regulation Certificate; certified copy power of attorney (if applicable); copy buildings insurance declaration (where applicable) or copy current buildings insurance policy; copies of any search or title indemnity insurance policies; copy solicitors certificate (lifetime mortgage only);

LendInvest Confirmation of the completion date (i.e. the date the funds were sent to the borrower’s solicitors)

As from the 1st December 2014 the Registers of Scotland will no longer be issuing Paper Charge or Land certificates. It will be necessary to request the Registers of Scotland to forward directly by email, a PDF of the updated title sheet and cadastral map to: RegDeedsROS@Nationwide.co.uk

SASINES TITLES
For dealings in the Sasines Register, we require the full title deeds pack including the original Standard Security and disposition.

New Street Mortgages (a) LAND REGISTER
You should send a PDF copy of the updated title sheet and cadastral map that you receive from the Registers of Scotland to enquiries@newstreetmortgages.com

b) NEW STANDARD SECURITIES
Where title is recorded in the new standard securities, all those as set out in Part 1 of the Lender's Handbook and in our standard Deeds Schedule, including the standard security, a full prescriptive progress of Titles and relative ancillary documentation.

(c) FOR ALL CASES (where applicable):
(i) any personal guarantee;
(ii) any Consent or Declaration under the Matrimonial Homes (Family Protection) (Scotland) Act 1981, as amended, and under the Civil Partnership Act 2004, as amended.

Where you have been unable to register the charge within thirty days of completion you are required to update the LMS system with a reason for the delay at least every thirty days until registration is complete and the required documents have been uploaded.
The Mortgage Works For dealings in the Land Register where application is made on or after 22 January 2007 we do not require paper Land or Charge Certificates and neither do we require the original Standard Security

Where the Property is recorded in the General Register of Sasines you should send the Standard Security and other title deeds. In addition to the documents referred to above any other relevant deeds, including any guarantee(s) referred to in the valuation/specialist report should be sent to the Bank.

Yorkshire Bank Home Loans Ltd For security being registered in the Land Register of Scotland, an extract or certified copy of the registered standard security from Registers of Scotland, together with any documents which you reasonably deem necessary to establish and support the title. If delivery is not possible within 6 months of completion of the borrowing then you should advise us in writing with a copy of any correspondence from Registers of Scotland explaining the delay.
The original signed standard security, once registered, should be held by you to our order. For security being recorded in the Sasines Register, the title deeds, together with the original signed and recorded standard security.
